VARITE is looking for qualified Accounts Payable Assistant (A/P) in Fairfield, NJ (Onsite)

A leading outdoor advertising company that specializes in out-of-home (OOH) advertising solutions, including billboards, transit ads, and digital displays. It provides advertising space on billboards, buses, subways, airports, and other public spaces.

Job Title: Accounts Payable (A/P)
Location: Fairfield, NJ (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 3 months
Pay Rate Range: $24.00/hr. to $26.00/hr. on W2
Work requirement - 5 Days/Week In-Office Required (8:30AM-5:30PM)
Work Authorization: Only USC or GC
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Job description:
- Need good Accounts Payable (A/P) experience.
- Assisting with high volume of invoices in Oracle Fusion
- Check all information on the invoice is going into Oracle Fusion correctly
- Experience with A/P system - Oracle Fusion preferred.
- Ability to review and organize data in Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Very organized and detail oriented.
Education:
- Associates degree or post high school education/training preferred.
