Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. You will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Must be familiar with vape products (not limited to: Raz, Geekbar, Fume, Torch, etc.)
Must be familiar with Hookah
May need to set up hookah upon request
Training will be provided

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure that merchandise is restocked on the sales floor as needed.
- Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and product pricing.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering customer calls or inquiries.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash register operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
- Basic understanding of retail math concepts for inventory management purposes.
- Experience with handling large crowds at a time
