Residential Roofing Sales Consultant (Outside Sales)

Tiger Team Roofing is a fast-growing roofing and home exterior company serving homeowners across South Florida. We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Roofing Sales Consultant to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. In this role, you will meet with qualified homeowners, present our roofing, gutter, and insulation solutions, and guide customers through the sales process. With preset, company-provided leads and the potential for self-generated opportunities, this role offers significant earning potential for motivated sales professionals.

Compensation Structure:
This is a commission-only role with a starting target earnings of $125,000 for successful performers. To support you as you ramp up, we provide an 8-week draw while you learn our products, processes, and sales system.

Essential functions and responsibilities

• Run pre-set, company-provided sales appointments (no cold calling required).
• Generate additional leads through referrals and self-sourced opportunities.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and attics to assess customer needs and identify solutions.
• Present and sell company products and services, including:
• Gutter Shutter® maintenance-free gutter systems
• GAF roofing systems
• Dr. Energy Saver® insulation and energy efficiency solutions
• Develop and deliver professional in-home sales presentations to homeowners.
• Guide customers through the proposal, pricing, and contract process.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM software and submit required paperwork on time.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations.

Qualifications and requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to deliver effective sales presentations and close deals.
• Basic PC proficiency and comfort using CRM tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

Preferred skills

• Post-secondary degree in Sales, Marketing, Construction, or a related field.
• 2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, roofing, or home improvement.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
