Wireless Sales Team Member

We are currently expanding our Miami Lakes team and seeking motivated Wireless Sales Team Members to fill a pivotal in-person sales role.

The core of this position is direct customer engagement and in-person sales within a residential environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and proactively promoting AT&T products and services that best fit each customer’s needs. Wireless Sales Team Member Key Responsibilities:

• You will proactively greet and assist customers in person, facilitating a welcoming experience while engaging directly in sales conversations and closing deals
• Educate customers on the full range of AT&T products, services, and promotions.
• Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
• The Wireless Sales Team Member will identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through personalized recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to strengthen your skills as a Wireless Sales Team Member.
• Collaborate with other Wireless Sales Team Members to meet and exceed team goals.

Wireless Sales Team Member Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• The Wireless Sales Team Member should be comfortable in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
