Job Posting: Professional Cleaning Independent Contractor
Location: Knoxville, TN
Job Description: We are seeking a professional cleaning contractor to take on a common area cleaning contract in the West Knoxville area. This job involves weekly cleaning of the leasing office lobby, offices, common area bathrooms, fitness center, laundry room, and model unit at an apartment community. The scope of work includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning interior and entrance glass, wiping down all surfaces including fitness equipment and washer/dryers, disinfecting high touch points, and removing trash.
Contract Details:
- Primary Contract: Weekly common area cleaning
- Time Requirement: 6 hours for one person, 1 day per week, Mondays 8:00am to 2:00pm
- Payment: $150 per week, Paid weekly
- Hourly Rate: $25 per hour.
- Payment Method: Weekly direct deposit.
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor.
Requirements:
- Only applicants with PROFESSIONAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE are encouraged to apply.
