Mako Home Cleaning
Pay: About $20 to $28 per hour. You're paid a flat rate for each clean based on the size of the home, about $50 to $125 per clean. Most cleans take 2 to 4 hours. Paid weekly.
Type: 1099 independent contractor. Part-time to start, with more work as we grow.
About us
Mako Home Cleaning is a local Knoxville company that cleans homes for busy families. We're building our client list now and looking for a few good cleaners to grow with us. Early cleaners get first pick of new work as it comes in.
The job
- Clean homes in the Knoxville area: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and tidying
- Show up on time and do the job right
- Let us know if something is damaged or a client has a request
Supplies
You bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment, including a vacuum, mop, and cleaning products. Your pay is set with that in mind.
You should have
- At least a year of house cleaning experience
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- A reliable car and a valid license
- The ability to pass a background check
- A good eye for detail and a reputation for being dependable
