- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately.
- Manage customer orders with efficiency, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash register operations, processing cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including food handling areas and kitchen equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, supporting food preparation during peak hours.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, including quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order calculations, and transaction processing.
