Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Tampa, FL. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, greeting and assisting visitors, performing clerical tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. The receptionist will maintain a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the daily operations of the office.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and recordkeeping
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional ability to provide outstanding Customer Service
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
