We are seeking a part time/weekend Front Desk & Client Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience. Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Manage our social presence; please list personal socials for reference (DM @otmenshealth).
- Client Interaction & Communication:
- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone.
- Manage inbound calls/emails, book appointments, and provide service information.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, reminders, and upselling.
- Appointment Scheduling & Management:
- Handle booking, reschedules, and cancellations.
- Ensure smooth appointment flow and provider schedule optimization.
- Prepare client documentation, lab work, and service plans.
- Sales Support & Upselling:
- Identify opportunities to upsell peptide therapy, vitamin injections, and wellness services.
- Manage referral program to encourage client referrals.
- Administrative & Front Desk Duties:
- Oversee daily front desk operations and maintain a professional environment.
- Manage and update client records in CRM accurately and confidentially.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams for seamless care delivery.
- Performance & Growth:
- Contribute to client satisfaction, appointment setting, and revenue growth goals.
- Participate in team meetings and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles (healthcare or wellness preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with focus on exceptional client care.
- Comfortable with sales and upselling in a client-facing role.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented.
- Professional demeanor, strong organization, and excellent time management
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field a plus.
- Proficiency with scheduling systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Social media management experience preferred.
