REQUIREMENTS
Mechanical/biomedical engineering background, or other engineering background with mechanical and/or medical devices experience. U.S. Patent and Trademark Office registration required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under general direction performs patent prosecution, patent strategy, due diligence, licensing, some trademark counseling and prosecution, and other legal services for clients as needed.
