Role Description
We are seeking a Patent Attorney / Patent Litigator for a contract-based position in the United States, with options for part-time or full-time engagement. The role offers remote or hybrid flexibility depending on the candidate’s location.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in patent application drafting and patent preparation processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of U.S. Patent Law and strong experience with patentability analyses.
- Proven experience conducting IP-related due diligence.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a distributed team environment.
- Law degree (JD or equivalent) with specialization in intellectual property; admission to a U.S. bar (USPTO registration or state bar) is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with technology industries, AI/ML innovations, or experience in patent litigation involving emerging technologies is a strong plus.
