METRC Fulfillment Specialist (Temporary)

We are seeking an experienced METRC Fulfillment Specialist to support our cannabis operations in Denver, Colorado. This is a short-term temporary assignment for someone with hands-on METRC experience who can step in quickly and work independently.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in cannabis inventory management, METRC compliance, manifest creation, and label generation. This role is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining compliance with Colorado cannabis regulations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in cannabis inventory management, METRC compliance, manifest creation, and label generation. This role is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining compliance with Colorado cannabis regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate inventory data in METRC
- Create and manage transfer manifests
- Print and verify METRC package labels
- Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded and compliant with state regulations
- Review inventory records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Support fulfillment and inventory operations as needed
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Follow all company SOPs and Colorado cannabis compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively with the operations and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing
- Previous hands-on METRC experience is required
- Experience creating manifests and printing METRC labels
- Previous cannabis fulfillment, inventory, packaging, or operations experience required
- Strong understanding of Colorado cannabis compliance regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
- Temporary assignment
- Schedule to be determined based on business needs
