Key Responsibilities
- Support edible or kitchen production teams with daily prep and production tasks
- Assist with measuring, weighing, mixing, and portioning ingredients as directed
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for compliance and distribution
- Maintain strict sanitation and food safety standards at all times
- Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and kitchen work areas
- Follow all SOPs, recipes, and production instructions accurately
- Assist with inventory organization and ingredient restocking
- Report any product issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Support QA/QC checks to ensure product consistency and compliance
- Work collaboratively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- 6 months of experience in kitchen, food production, packaging, or manufacturing preferred
- Cannabis kitchen or food manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment
- Basic math skills for measuring and portioning
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
- Must meet all state cannabis employment requirements (age, background check, licensing as required)
