Solventless Cannabis, Done Right — Join Our Client's Manufacturing Team

There's an art to solventless extraction, and our client has built their reputation on mastering it. Based in Stratford, Connecticut, they're expanding their Manufacturing team and looking for a Non-Solvent Processing Technician who wants real hands-on experience with premium rosin production — not just a job on a production line.

This role puts you in the middle of the entire process: washing fresh frozen cannabis, running state-of-the-art extraction equipment, pressing rosin, and getting finished product ready to ship. It's fast-paced, physical, and detail-heavy — a great fit if you like knowing exactly how the product in your hands came to be, start to finish.
No cannabis background? That's fine. What matters more is a strong work ethic, a sharp eye for quality, and a willingness to learn a craft that's still relatively new to the industry.

On a Typical Shift, You'll:
  • Run automated washing equipment for solventless extraction.
  • Handle fresh frozen material prep according to SOP.
  • Press, dry, and finish rosin to spec.
  • Package product to meet both company standards and state compliance rules.
  • Log batch data, production records, and inventory accurately.
  • Check product consistency and quality at each stage.
  • Keep equipment and workspace clean, sanitized, and organized.
  • Follow GMP and safety protocols without cutting corners.
  • Help out with facility upkeep and other projects as they come up.
A Good Fit Looks Like:
Someone coming from manufacturing, food production, or lab work — cannabis experience helpful but not necessary. You take direction well, but you're also comfortable working independently once you know the process. You care about doing things precisely and consistently, and you're not thrown off by a fast-moving floor.

Good to Know Before You Apply
This is a physical role: full shifts on your feet, regular lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, repetitive hand and arm motion, and some bending, reaching, and squatting throughout the day. Temperatures on the floor can vary depending on what stage of production is running.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess a valid government-issued ID
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain all required Connecticut cannabis employee credentials and state badging
  • Must successfully complete any required background checks and state review processes
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must comply with all company policies and Connecticut cannabis regulations
