Staff Accountant (GL, AP & Expense) Responsibilities
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Manage accounts payable processing end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.
- Review and process employee expenses and travel submissions through Expensify/Navan.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support audits, documentation, and compliance needs.
- Assist with process improvements and scaling initiatives across GL, AP, and expense workflows.
- 1 year of experience in GL, AP, and expense accounting within a technology or high-growth environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4Hana, Bill.com, Expensify, and Navan.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and standard accounting procedures.
- Proven ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
