Sales Support Supervisor
Our client is seeking a highly organized, solutions-oriented Sales Support Supervisor who excels in guiding teams, improving workflows, and ensuring seamless sales operations. This role is onsite in Milwaukie, Oregon.
Sales Support Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sales support operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, invoicing, delivery tracking, and customer communication.
- Supervise, train, and mentor Sales Assistants while managing workload distribution and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and deliver recurring reports on job status, billing summaries, accounts, and departmental performance.
- Coordinate bid entry, document routing, account reconciliations, claims preparation, and change order processing.
- Serve as the escalation point for customer/vendor issues and partner with Traders and leadership to align team priorities.
Sales Support Supervisor Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales support, logistics, or operations experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills for reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent jobs with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication, customer service, conflict-resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of industry practices including lien releases, claims management, and documentation workflows; degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
