This role is onsite in Salem, Oregon.
Recruiter Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment across multiple programs, averaging 10–20 hires per month.
- Source qualified talent through creative outreach, job fairs, networking, and targeted campaigns.
- Partner closely with Program Directors and Hiring Managers to align hiring needs, interview processes, and candidate selection.
- Prepare and manage interview materials, job postings, applicant tracking updates, and offer documentation.
- Support onboarding activities, pre-employment screenings, and accurate documentation to ensure compliance and smooth hiring workflows.
Recruiter Qualifications
- 4 years of HR or recruiting experience; HR/business degree or SHRM/HRCI certification preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS systems.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to collaborate directly with program leadership.
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for occasional travel to job fairs or hiring-related activities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, along with solid Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) skills.
