We’re Hiring: Recruiter (FLOATER) – Salem, OR (On-site Only)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM | $23–$25/hr Performance Pay

What You’ll Do
- Recruit and screen candidates for high-volume temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions
- Manage assigned client accounts and fulfill open orders
- Conduct interviews and coordinate all onboarding steps in our ATS
- Post job ads across job boards, company website, and social media
- Administer background checks, drug screens, and proficiency tests
- Match candidates to roles and coordinate start details
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience in a staffing environment (preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with ATS systems such as TempWorks or Text-Em-All
- Stable work history (no more than two jobs in the last five years)
Travel Requirements
- This role is based 80–90% in Salem, with occasional support needed at our Eugene, Albany, Tigard, and Bend offices.
- Travel to the Bend, OR office is expected to be very rare and only required under exceptional circumstances.
- Needs may include but not limited to planned leave coverage, callouts, emergencies, or other staffing needs.
- A company vehicle is provided for travel outside of Salem, and all overnight travel expenses are covered.
