What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Financial Analyst position at Northbay Recruiter?
We are seeking a Financial Analyst/Sr. Financial Analyst to support with a growing real estate acquisition, development and asset management company. Ideally you will have a couple years of experience supporting with underwriting of potential deals. Must have a strong background in financial modeling and running multiple proformas for 5yr, 10yr, 20 yr returns. This position is mainly in office daily with some flexibility. Comp target 100K to 125K plus bonus plan.
