Payroll Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end U.S. and international payroll cycles with precision and timeliness.
- Manage relationships with PEOs and global payroll partners.
- Ensure payroll compliance with all local, state, federal, and international regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, reporting, and documentation across multiple countries.
- Drive process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to support seamless payroll operations.
- Proven experience managing both U.S. and international payroll operations.
- Hands-on experience working with PEO models and external payroll providers.
- Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional payroll compliance requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.
