This role is fully onsite in Troutdale, Oregon.

Payroll & HR Specialist Responsibilities
- Process biweekly payroll for 100 employees using ADP.
- Support HR operations including benefits administration, enrollments, and new hire onboarding.
- Assist with recruiting tasks such as job postings, interviews, and offer letter preparation.
- Maintain employee records, generate reports, and support audits or compliance reviews.
- Reconcile payroll, 401(k), and related accounts; provide accurate reporting to accounting.
- 2 years of payroll processing experience using ADP or similar systems.
- Experience with HR support functions such as benefits, recruiting, or onboarding.
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills with comfort navigating multiple systems.
- Solid understanding of Oregon wage and hour laws preferred.
- Service-oriented communicator with strong attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow.
