This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Finance Lead Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional finance, supply chain, and marketplace teams to guide investment decisions and support business growth.
- Lead core financial processes including strategic planning, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
- Develop and present full P&L business cases for new initiatives, ensuring clarity on expected outcomes.
- Provide financial support and analysis for online-to-offline and digital commerce initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis to support leadership decisions in a dynamic market.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in financial planning, forecasting, or analysis roles.
- Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau or Power BI preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Background in ecommerce, retail, or supply chain finance highly advantageous.
