Finance Lead –NA NDDC Supply Chain & Connected Marketplace
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Finance Lead, Supply Chain & Connected Marketplace to join the North America Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) Finance team. This position is responsible for partnering across our Finance and Direct business teams to drive long-term financial leadership of Supply Chain network, Online-to-Offline (O2O), Dynamic Product Program (DPP), and new business model strategic initiatives. This candidate needs to be comfortable with ambiguity, a self-starter, action-oriented, and results-driven to be successful. Additionally, superb financial, analytical and Excel skills are required.
What you will bring
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with emphasis in Finance and/or Accounting, MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning, or Accounting at a Fortune 500 company
• Experience in an Omni-channel Retail or Retail Digital Product organization preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen ability to communicate sophisticated concepts to wide and diverse audiences, including Senior Leadership
• Strong ability to develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
• Attention to detail in the development of management-quality reporting and analytics for Senior Leadership
• Results-oriented, high energy self-starter with ability to manage through ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary : $44 - $45
