Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting functions and lead a high-performing team. This individual will report to the Controller and work closely with the CFO and company leadership.
This role is fully onsite in Albany, Oregon.

Accounting Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, consolidations, financial statements, and monthly reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and ERP/tax reporting integrations.
- Develop, implement, and document accounting policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Guide, train, and support team members while driving process improvements and consistency across entities.
- Collaborate with leadership on financial reporting, compliance, and special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus).
- 5 years of accounting management or leadership experience.
- Experience with multi-entity consolidation in a wholesale business preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to adapt in dynamic settings.
