- Run commercial electrical projects from beginning to end
- Lead foremen and crews in the field
- Keep projects safe, on schedule, and within budget
- Order and organize materials and tools
- Make sure all work meets code and quality standards
- Work with vendors, customers, and other teams
- Master Electrician License
- At least 2 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Experience with RFIs, RFPs, submittals, and project paperwork
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 4 years in electrical construction supervisory experience
- Experience both in the field and in the office
- Knowledge of how different trades work together
