What You'll Do
As a Commercial Electrical Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee commercial electrical projects from planning through completion
- Lead foremen and field crews with clear direction and accountability
- Ensure all work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Order, organize, and track project materials and tools
- Verify that all installations meet code requirements and quality standards
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, RFPs, and related paperwork
What You Bring
- Current Master Electrician License
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proficiency with RFIs, RFPs, submittals, and project documentation
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Additional Experience That Sets You Apart
- 4 years of supervisory experience in electrical construction
- Background working in both the field and the office
- Strong understanding of how multiple trades coordinate on job sites
