Position: Commercial Plumber
Responsibilities:
- Install plumbing systems at new commercial jobsites, existing remodel work of commercial buildings, and white box build outs.
- Read and interpret blueprints effectively and efficiently.
- Work together on a crew of others
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites and in company vehicles
- Communicate clearly and professionally with jobsite superintendents and project managers
- Complete all required documentation, including safety logs and job reports
- Follow safety protocols and uphold Vander Hyde's commitment to quality workmanship
- Promote and adhere to safe work practices at all times
Working Hours: Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership experience is preferred
- Journeyman Plumbing License in Michigan (recommended but not required)
- 2 Years of experience in commercial plumbing
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Must possess your own basic hand tools. Power tools provided by Vander Hyde Mechanical.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
