The Admin Assistant will fulfill a critical role in our operations by providing excellent service by greeting customers, answering phone calls, and providing clerical support to the office and other employees.

Your Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and answering phone calls
- Scanning paperwork for processed car deals
- Providing clerical support to the office and other employees
Qualifications:
- Ability to learn dealership computer programs and software
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
