The Finance Manager works directly with customers to arrange financing and finalize vehicle purchases. This role is responsible for presenting and explaining extended warranties, protection plans, and other aftermarket products during the completion of the sales contract, ensuring a transparent, compliant, and exceptional buying experience.

Your Responsibilities:
To the Dealer
- Protect Dealer Assets
- Complete only transparent transactions and adhere to the Van Horn Ethics Policy
- Carry responsibility for all finance
- Keep contracts in transit funded in 7 days or less
- Assure Customer retention
- Submit completed deal to business office within 24 hours of R/S
- Maintain acceptable Gross Profit margins on all products sold
- Maintain excellent relationship with lenders
- Adhere to Van Horn compliance policies, procedures, and error rate expectations
To the Customer
- Provide a delivery experience that is efficient and transparent. Provide opportunity to purchase insurance, protect customer investments, and other aftermarket products
To the Sales Organization
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Keep sales staff aware of benefits and train sales people in aftermarket sales techniques
- Inform sales people on deal status
- Build enthusiasm by supporting and mentoring the sales staff
- Assist in the training of new sales employees
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous Automotive Sales experience preferred
- Previous finance experience preferred
Qualifications and Experience:
- Obtain Wisconsin Sales License upon hire
- Prior Sales experience preferred
- Personnel Management experience preferred
- Valid/ Active Driver's license is required
