What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning sales and gross objectives
- Monthly inventory requirements
- Plans for employee development
- Establishing methods and procedures to accomplish planned objectives
- Recruiting and hiring sales personnel
- Record and report sales performance
- Scheduling sales team- floor, vacations, etc.
- Analyze performance in order to determine why performance is above or below expectation
- Organizing demos, appraisals, closings, deliveries, and incentives
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Proven experience in automotive sales and management
