Job Summary
Van Aken Services is seeking a reliable, hardworking Hardscape & Land Maintenance Team Member to support our growing commercial property portfolio. This role includes hardscape work, routine land maintenance, planting, weeding, and caring for garden beds to keep properties looking their best.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial property maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and seasonal cleanup
- Install and maintain hardscape features (pavers, walkways, edging, etc.)
- Plant, weed, and maintain garden beds and landscaped areas
- Assist with mulching, pruning, and general grounds upkeep
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete daily tasks
Qualifications
- Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or grounds maintenance preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
