Landtech is hiring a Hardscape Team Lead to run high-quality residential projects. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a job site, and consistently deliver clean, professional installs.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who already knows what they’re doing and is ready to lead.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a crew on hardscape installations (patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, etc.)
- Running projects from layout through final install
- Ensuring proper base prep, grading, drainage, and finishing details
- Reading plans and making field decisions when needed
- Keeping jobs moving efficiently and on schedule
- Training and holding crew members accountable
What You MUST Have
- 5 years of hardscape installation experience (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience leading jobs or crews
- Strong understanding of base prep (if you don’t take base prep seriously, this isn’t the job for you. Do it right or do it twice)
- Ability to run equipment (skid steer, excavator, plate compactor, saws, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license (ability to drive truck/trailer DOT Med card will be required if you do not currently have an active card)
- Reliability — show up ready to work, every day
