Job Role And Purpose
Conduct project execution in a global delivery model using various methodologies (Waterfall, AGILE – SCRUM & Kanban), partner products, tools & platforms. Design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Winnium, QTP, TestNG, NUnit, Cucumber, REST, ROBOT, and Maven, integrated into DevOps pipelines with GIT and Jenkins. Develop test automation solutions using Java, C#, Python, VBScript, VBA, and Groovy, and validate data using SQL and DB2. Manage projects and testing activities using JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM, HP Sprinter, Zephyr, and Visio, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and successful delivery outcomes. Lead quality engineering initiatives, driving end-to-end project delivery, test planning, test execution, application testing, and quality governance across Insurance and Healthcare domains. Analyze business and technical requirements and design comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. Supervise production support activities (L1/L2/L3), release validations, enterprise infrastructure testing, and operational readiness to ensure minimal downtime and high-quality deployments. Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Tableau, and Celonis to advance digital transformation initiatives. Manage workflow design, RPA governance, Hypercare support, and analytics dashboards to ensure effective automation performance and compliance. Monitor SLAs, resolve production issues, mitigate risks, and deliver client presentations, demos and proof-of-concept solutions. Drive digital transformation and process automation initiatives, generating measurable efficiency gains, actionable insights, and enhanced stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equiv) in CompSci, Computer Information Systems, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronic), or related field, plus 5 years of experience in occupation involving similar duties/technical capabilities.
Salary Range
$148,990 - $168,990 per year
