Key Responsibilities
- Own the full program lifecycle from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality goals are met
- Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to define priorities, manage backlogs, and align to enterprise roadmaps
- Lead cross‑functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Vendors) across onshore/offshore models
- Drive Quality Engineering strategy, governance, and automation‑led delivery across programs
- Track and report delivery KPIs, SLAs, risks, and dependencies
- Enable continuous improvement, operational readiness, and release quality
Quality & Automation Leadership
- Govern enterprise QA strategy, test frameworks, and quality gates
- Lead automation across UI & API using tools like Guidewire Testing (GT), TestCafe, Cucumber BDD, and Karate
- Integrate automated testing with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices
- Own quality metrics, defect management, and release readiness
- Mentor QA leads and automation teams across multiple delivery streams
Experience & Skills
- 12 years of experience delivering complex programs in Agile/Waterfall environments
- Strong background in Quality Engineering, automation, and enterprise QA governance
- Experience managing large, multi‑stream delivery programs and budgets
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
- Guidewire platform experience (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter) preferred
- Ability to lead global, multi‑shore teams and drive delivery excellence
