About the Role
We are looking for a Manager – Client Services & Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of P&C insurance projects, with a strong focus on Guidewire implementations. This role combines delivery leadership, client engagement, and team management to ensure high-quality execution and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Guidewire implementations and P&C insurance projects.
- Drive execution across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance outcomes.
- Monitor project health, risks, and governance, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives.
- Stay updated on Guidewire advancements and incorporate into delivery strategy.
Core Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in IT delivery / project management within P&C Insurance.
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
- Proven track record in leading large-scale implementations and client engagements.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Business; PMP/ITIL certifications preferred.
