About the Role
We are seeking a Client Partner to own and grow strategic P&C insurance accounts. This role acts as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, driving account growth, strengthening relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end client relationship and act as the single point of accountability.
- Drive account growth and expansion aligned to client business priorities.
- Engage with CXO and senior stakeholders across business and IT.
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand services and footprint.
- Provide strategic advisory on P&C insurance trends, business challenges, and technology solutions.
- Oversee engagement delivery, ensuring quality, governance, and client satisfaction.
- Lead commercial aspects including renewals, contracts, and account profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions and drive client success.
Core Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years in client-facing roles within IT services / consulting.
- Strong experience in P&C Insurance domain (Underwriting, Claims, Policy, etc.).
- Proven track record in account management and growth of enterprise clients.
- Strong CXO stakeholder management and consultative approach.
- Ability to balance delivery, growth, and commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
