🧩 Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager II / Scrum Master to act as a Servant Leader for 2–3 Agile teams. The ideal candidate will drive Agile best practices, facilitate Scrum/Kanban processes, and ensure continuous improvement across teams.

🛠️ Core Responsibilities

🔹 Agile Facilitation

• Lead Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to Scrum and Kanban principles
• Track velocity and sprint progress

🔹 Team Leadership & Coaching

• Coach teams on backlog management, user story quality, and estimation
• Promote self-organization and accountability
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement

🔹 Communication & Collaboration

• Act as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Support teams
• Improve transparency and communication across teams

🔹 Delivery & Execution

• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts
• Support backlog prioritization and defect resolution
• Maintain process documentation and performance metrics

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban)
• Solid knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
• Experience as Scrum Master / Business Analyst
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to coach and mentor teams

🎓 Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – Required
• PMP – Required
• SAFe Certification – Required
