- High School degree
- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
-Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep updated records and files
- Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections.
- Recording daily transactions, deposits, and income
- Proficient in English/ Spanish (oral and written)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Experience in QuickBooks
- Experience in Excel and Word
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
