Valpak of Virginia is hiring a results-driven Advertising Account Executive to grow our Northern Virginia territory. This hybrid outside sales role offers remote flexibility, weekly in-office collaboration, and unlimited earning potential. Candidates must live within commuting distance of Leesburg, VA.
What You’ll Do (Outside B2B Sales)
- Prospect and close new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Sell advertising and marketing solutions to local businesses
- Present integrated campaigns including direct mail, targeted neighborhood marketing, and digital advertising
- Manage pipeline and forecasting using CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Build long-term client relationships and recurring revenue
- Analyze campaign performance and present ROI reporting
- Manage and grow a defined Northern Virginia sales territory
Compensation & Earnings Potential
- Base Salary starting at $60,000 (based on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure
- On-target earnings of $100,000–$150,000
- Performance bonuses and incentives

Required Experience
- 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
