What You’ll Do (Inside Sales / Lead Generation)

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
• Make outbound cold calls to local business owners
• Set appointments for Account Executives
• Follow up on inbound marketing leads
• Research target accounts and decision-makers
• Use CRM software (Salesforce preferred) to track activity and pipeline
• Maintain daily call and outreach activity goals
• Support territory growth initiatives

Compensation Structure

• Base Salary starting at $36,000 (based on experience)
• Commission and performance bonuses
• Total Compensation Range: $36,000–$80,000

Required Qualifications
