Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of testing strategies across multiple projects and teams
- Develop, maintain, and refine automation processes and frameworks to ensure reliable, repeatable testing
- Analyze business and system requirements to define and validate comprehensive test coverage
- Serve as a subject matter expert for automation and testing best practices
- Manage and triage defects, drive resolutions, and ensure quality outcomes
- Mentor team members, providing guidance, feedback, and training as needed
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project leaders to align QA processes with business objectives
- Participate in the on-call support rotation (3-4 times per year, after onboarding as an FTE)
- Proven experience with automation testing
- Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (Mabl) or with Selenium
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies including functional, regression, and integration testing
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills with an emphasis on quality improvement
- Prior experience mentoring or leading QA team members
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
- 6-8 years of professional QA or software testing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Direct experience with Mabl
- Prior experience as an SDET or in a similar technical QA role
