The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a sales-focused, customer-facing role, with face-to-face sales being a major part of the position. You’ll represent brands at events and promotional campaigns, engaging directly with customers, generating leads, promoting products and services, and helping drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales and customer engagement at events and promotional campaigns
• Represent clients and brands professionally
• Approach and engage new customers and prospects
• Promote products, services, and offers
• Generate and qualify leads
• Work toward individual and team sales targets
• Build positive customer relationships
• Assist with lead capture, CRM, and follow-up activities
• Support the wider sales and marketing team

• Confident and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Motivated by achieving goals and results
• Willingness to learn and develop sales skills
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or marketing experience is helpful but not essential
