What You'll Do
As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in supporting both our hiring efforts and day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities include:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing candidates through onboarding
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview calendars and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Prepare offer letters and complete new hire onboarding paperwork
- Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records
- Support employee onboarding and orientation
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and administrative documentation
- Assist leadership with reports, scheduling, and other administrative projects
- Ensure confidential information is handled with professionalism and discretion
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, administration, or office management preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
