SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- This is a boutique hotel which requires very hands-on management
- The Director of Rooms purpose is to direct Guest Services, Housekeeping and Engineering phases of hotel daily operations, providing a superior service and product to the hotel’s guests.
- Ensure a positive and safe environment for all associates as stated in the Valor Foundation document.
- Fiscal responsibility encompasses managing the day-to-day labor and direct expenses ensuring the hotel meets financial expectations to ownership.
- Previous experience as a hotel Guest Services, Operations or Assistant General Manager is required
- Passion for excellent guest service
