You will lead teams at our 1799 Kitchen and Bar, McGavock's Cafe, and our busy banquet and event spaces.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Hotel and/or high-volume banquet experience preferred.
- Strong track record of leading and developing culinary teams is essential. This property has some motivated and talented chefs that desire training and direction
- Business acumen to manage ordering, cost control, and labor
- You are part of the leadership team and offer ideas for new seasonal menus, tools to improve the culinary team and the guest experience.
- You are proud of your menu and food quality and enjoy talking to our guests
