Our referral and scheduling coordinator must be friendly, professional, outgoing, proactive, and able to deal with stressful situations on the fly. Part Time position: shifts will be some time between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday-Friday (hours can be flexible)

REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience in the medical field

Job Duties

• Reviewing incoming referrals and collecting patient demographics and medical records
• In put insurance
• Schedule appointments
• Answering patients questions and concerns via telephone, text, and email.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance
• Gather medical records
• Contributes to team effort of collecting patient information and preparing charts for upcoming appointments
• Other duties as assigned
