At Valley, more than 60 experienced physicians, midwives and nurse practitioners use their expertise to provide quality care in a variety of comprehensive services for all stages of life. Our Provo division is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to care and treat patients.
POTENTIAL CANDIDATES will provide high quality patient care under the supervision of a physician, within their scope of training and education. Assess patient care plans and provide comprehensive patient care independently or in autonomous collaboration with other health professionals. Cooperate with other health care personnel to coordinate patient care and establish mutual goals. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Demonstrate and foster a commitment to patient satisfaction and teamwork. Successful completion of National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Must hold licensure/certification as required by the State of Utah, including DEA number. Candidate must be a motivated, hardworking individual, Must be able to multi-task, have strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work both as an individual and as part of a team.
