GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
Position intended to gain practical experience in various clinical settings, develop competency in patient care skills, and enhance understanding of healthcare delivery systems while working under the supervision of experienced Athletic Trainer Staff.
The Student Athletic Trainer Extern functions as a collaborative member of the health care team in partnership with and under the direction and supervision of the Athletic Trainer.

The Student Athletic Trainer Extern functions as a collaborative member of the health care team in partnership with and under the direction and supervision of the Athletic Trainer.
Will be asked for the following, upon selection for an interview:
- Current copy of unofficial college transcript
- A cover letter discussing your motivation to become an Athletic Trainer, greatest strengths and greatest weaknesses.
- BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date.
- $17.00/hour
