JOB SUMMARY
We’re seeking an experienced and energetic Athletic Trainer to join our team on the mountain, working directly with ski instructors and staff to promote health, performance, and injury prevention. This hands-on role focuses on evaluating movement patterns, providing proactive care, and offering on-the-spot guidance to keep our team safe and strong throughout the season. It’s an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with your love of the mountain environment!
Location: Winter Park, Colorado
Hours and Pay:
Hours will be flexible and any day of the week for a total of 10 hours onsite.
Pay: $40/hr
Fee-Based Services
Potential option to provide fee-based services at any of the above Elevation locations as well as virtually so there is potential to earn additional income. Must hold nationally recognized and Elevation approved certifications.
This position provides safe and effective athletic training and instruction with excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate others in person and virtually. Provides up-to-date quality training and compassion to members and participants in order to maximize participation, outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards.
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform other duties as assigned
Emergency protocols
Attend and participate in Elevation meetings/training virtually
QUALIFICATIONS
MS in Athletic Training or related field - preferred
Current Athletic Trainer certification - preferred
Current CPR/AED certification - required
Covid Vaccine - required at some locations
