Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

As our Fitness & Pool Specialist, you are the face of the club. You aren’t just coaching; you’re inspiring.

On the Fitness Floor:

• Lead the Pack: Lead group exercise classes to a highly engaged membership base.

• Transform Lives: Educate and empower through fitness assessments on coaching on the fitness floor

• Be the Expert: Design quarterly wellness challenges and write monthly articles to keep our community motivated

• Create the Vibe: Provide friendly, people-forward customer service and support in day to day operations.

By the Water:

• Expand Your Expertise: Elevation Health will train, mentor and certify you for confidently leading pool operations, maintaining water safety and supporting activities in water-based exercise.

• Master the Elements: Manage pool chemistry and ensure a pristine aquatic experience.

• Safety First: Step into the Lifeguard chair when needed, keeping our swimmers safe and happy.

What You Bring to the Team

You’re a communicator, a motivator, and a pro at balancing technical skills with a "People First" attitude.

• The Credentials: You hold a National Personal Training Certification OR Group Fitness Instructor Certification (required) and a CPR/AED cert.

• The Ambition: You’re ready to tackle (or already have) your Lifeguard and Pool Operator certifications. If not currently certified, Elevation Health will cover the costs for certification.

• The Experience: You’ve spent at least a year teaching classes or training clients—or you have a burning desire to learn from the best.

• The Toolkit: You’re savvy with Google Suite and have a creative eye for Canva.
